ഷിംലയിൽ വന്നിട്ട് മഞ്ഞു കാണാതെ പോവുകയോ ? എനിക്ക് തീർച്ചയായും ചിന്തിക്കാനേ വയ്യ. പക്ഷെ ഡിസംബർ പതിയോടെ മാത്രമേ മഞ്ഞു പെയ്യുകയുള്ളൂ . പിന്നെ മണാലി ആണ് . അതാകട്ടെ വളരെ ദൂരവും . എന്നാൽ ഷിംലയിൽ നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 70 km മാറി ഒരു മഞ്ഞു മലയുണ്ട്.അതിന്റെ പേരാണ് നാർക്കണ്ട ഹിൽസ്.അങ്ങോട്ടേക്കുള്ള യാത്ര തന്നെ രസമാണ് . കുന്നുകളും താഴ്വരകളും ആപ്പിൾ തോട്ടവും എല്ലാം നിറഞ്ഞ ഗ്രീൻ ഫോറെസ്റ്റും പൈൻ മരങ്ങളും . എല്ലാം കൊണ്ടും വളരെ വിശാലമായ കാഴ്ചകൾ തന്നെ. നാർക്കണ്ട മലയിലെ മഞ്ഞു പാളികൾക്കിടയിലൂടെ തണുത്തു വിറച്ച ആ യാത്ര കാണാം .
